Zweiback Group, LLC (ZG) is an operations and technology management firm with locations in Arlington, Virginia and Williamsburg, Michigan. ZG helps government agencies and businesses improve its quality of service to customers through innovative design, project management, process improvement, and technical support.
Zweiback Group (ZG) was founded to deliver coaching and business support services to independent business owners. Over the last nine years it has evolved to provide business pera-analytics and management support services to Federal, State, and local government agencies. ZG also provides management support services, analytics, and technical writing assistance to privately held for-profit, and non-profit businesses performing contractual services with Federal and State agencies. ZG is located in both Arlington, Virginia, and Williamston, Michigan.
Our professional staff have both military and civilian expertise in management information systems, health services assessments, healthcare policy and delivery analytics, research and data collection methods, leadership development and coaching, proposal development and technical editing. This combined ability enables us to deliver consistently optimal services and solutions to customers nationwide. ZG has a record of accomplishment and superior performance in serving the needs of our customers. In so doing, we have cultivated trusted partnerships while providing requisite resources with the right skills to consistently achieve, if not exceed, customer expectations.
Dr. Damita J. Zweiback
President/CEO of Zweiback Group, LLC (ZG)
Dr. Zweiback is a subject matter expert in enterprise development, systems design, and operations management. Her certifications include defense acquisitions, project management, continuous quality improvement, and professional coaching services. Dr. Zweiback has developed several database information and analysis tracking systems for the State of Michigan, and the Department of the Navy, improving program and mission assessments. She served as a core member of Michigan Governor, Jennifer Granholm’s organizational development team. Dr. Zweiback is also a registered subject matter expert in Public Health with an emphasis on health disparities, older adult health, and women’s health. She is also a subject matter for the Navy Medicine’s Global Health Engagement Office, and Navy Professional Development and Training Command. She is a researcher and published author, and extensive knowledge in coalition and community development and data science, technology, and computer applications. Dr. Zweiback currently holds a top security (TS) clearance.
